Well, what can I say this is where it all began...a true classic. For a movie that was lucky to be made, turned out to be one of the most popular movies ever made.

We start of with the now famous star wars music, then it pans down to this Huge Star Destroyer chasing a Corvette. Then not long after that we see one of the best villains of all time strike out of the doorway and we hear this heavy breathing. Just that first sequence alone, changed movies.

The special effects for its time were fantastic, although I wasn't even born at that time. But I always hear that from fellow friends and family who were lucky enough to have seen it at that particular time.

A prime example would be the Death Star Trench run with the now famous line "Use the force Luke". It was hard to believe now that the movie almost never got done. With a lot of production problems and a shortage of cash.

In conclusion, this movie just rates behind The Empire Strikes Back, but netherless this is another fantastic movie. 5/5 stars.

The Good

• Very well written, good character development & good humor which makes it such an enjoyable movie..not to mention the special effects...great fantasy movie.

• The Battle Of Yavin.

• Porkins - What can you say about this guy...the name says it all. Also the fact he died pretty much straight away.

The Bad

• Its pretty hard to find anything bad about this movie, its a little slow on Tatooine, but in all honesty in my opinion the movie is pretty much flawless.
