This movie is a funny one, a lot of people seem to either love this movie or hate it. I think its fair to say that Generally most people feel this is the weakest of the original trilogy and I would have to agree there. But I don't think its bad at all, far from it....it just has some problems with it and you generally get the feeling that this movie was rushed.

First off it starts with the empire building a new Death Star....which isn't really that original. Then we are introduced to our band of rebels rescuing Han Solo from the clutches of Jabba The Hutt. Now and again its a little bit slow, but the Rancor & Sail Barge scenes are very good and entertaining scenes to watch.

Later we see the death of Yoda and the revelation that Luke & Leia are sisters which makes a lot of people think back to that kiss in Empire. According to the producer of ANH & TESB, Luke's sister wasn't Leia and that we would be introduced to Luke's sister in Episode VII. He suggested Lucas took the easy way out to tie a few loose ends together.

We then see the rebels land on the forest moon of Endor, where they have to knock out a shield generator which is protecting the Death Star. There we see a fantastic speeder bike scenes and then the introduction of teddy bears called Ewoks.

I think this is where a lot of the more mature audience didn't like the movie, they thought the Ewoks were a bit to kiddish. Though according to George Lucas Ewoks came from a wookie chopped in 2. Indeed of the Ewok scenes are indeed a bit slow and boring.

Still the most unrealistic scene is the Space Battle, in my opinion it is just totally unbelievable that a very small number of ships can be an entire force of the empire. Even if the Death Star was destroyed, the fact that the Rebellion is heavily outnumbered and still win the battle. A prime example is Have a look at how many rebel ships come out of Hyperspace compared to when you see the huge number of star destroyed from the empire....it just doesn't make sense at all.

We once again see Luke fight Vader and see Anakin Skywalker reborn again, they were all nice scenes with the music by John Williams once again being outstanding.

Netherless Return Of The Jedi is still a very good movie, not as good as the first 2 though. 4/5 stars.
